Still want to read more?

Then keep on reading about Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbs for the disharmony of the Heart system in accordance to traditional Chinese herbal medicine:

We're so sorry that your dog or cat has been diagnosed with a chronic and debilitating modern disease known to you as heart disease....Most likely your reading this page trying to figure out how you can add natural herbal medicinals to your dog's heart supplement regime in order to make your pet more comfortable and stronger.

The herbs we're offering  are to support your dog's heart as well as promote healthy fluid metabolism so that we may help you with those troublesome problems that are many times associated with a heart that is no longer in balance.

Traditional Chinese medicine looks at this particular heart condition very differently then what you're most likely accustomed to thinking, and depending on your own dog's presentation, we can say that your traditional disharmony of the Heart may fall into several different Traditional Medicine categories that fit the various outward presentations that may of be of a current concern; Listed here are the TCM (Traditional Chinese herbal medicine) pattens that we work  with:

Patterns of Disharmony of the Heart:

Panting condition (chuan zheng)
Coughing and panting condition (ke chuan)
Water swelling (shui zhong)
Heart water ( xin shui)
Phlegm rheum (tan yin)
Harmonize and tonify the Heart blood and yin

Herbs help to reestablish harmony for any of the TCM patterns as listed above since these are the patterns typically associated with an  a dog's heart that is not balanced and healthy.  These herbs are used to solve problems that present to the exterior and are troublesome to you and your dog.

Remember in the old days, the ancient Chinese herbal masters did not have x-rays, or MRIs...they simply observed and found herbs that worked to relieve these types of patterns and discomforts.

For example,  a condition of Panting may actually be caused by a disharmony of the Lung or a Disharmony of the Heart...brought on by the problem related to a problem concerning the circulation of the heart.

Interesting FYI here;  There have been many studies that tell us that for the people living in China, whom have been diagnosed with an enlarged heart, will actually do better when using both western medicine and Chinese herbals concurrently...It's true! (The Treatment Of Cardiovascular Diseases With Chinese Medicine; Dr. Simon Becker; 2005)

You don't have to stop any current heart medications that your dog or cat may be taking for  for the management of heart disease, however we encourage you to discuss herbal  therapy with your veterinarian if you wish to add them to your pet's health regime.

We are really proud of our ability to help pet owners with those harsh coughs and heavy breathing patterns that traditionally seem to be a big part of the disease of the heart

**Always Remember: We don't treat, cure or diagnoses heart disease, we work with Traditional Patterns based on Traditional Chinese Medicine patterns to help with the proper selection of herbs to balance and harmonize the Heart system.
